I actually live in the Midwest (Michigan, to be specific), which ironically has more rednecks than any other section of the country, and far too many people who feel a false sense of allegiance to the confederacy. Seriously, every radio station up here but two play country, and those two are the Christian station and NPR.

I listen to a lot of NPR.

yeah, i live in a moderately wealthy part of michigan, and it still feels like hicksville. some guys threw a pipe bomb in my yard a few months ago.
and then a sofa at my grandpa's, they blew that up later.
