Meanwhile while I was in the hospital and all fucked up on stupid amounts of morphine, I too had to have an asian man jam his finger up my ass. Of course, this was due to the insane constipation leaving a humongous immovable turd-ball in my system, not for prostate health or "just for kicks" as I have the sneaking suspicion this may have been for.

Percoset's a little constipating, but what was really messing with me was being plugged into a machine that was constantly feeding me dilauded and morphine. I had this awesome little button which I could press about every ten minutes or so to pump me up with more drugs.

Hydration is of key importance to keeping your body running well. I have a 27 oz stainless steel water bottle that is pretty much always within 5 feet of my person, from which I drink as I feel the need and refill whenever convenient.

My dad is a big water drinker and he always told us kids to drink 3 or 4 liters of water every day or at least until you pee clear. He's a fifth grade teacher and he says he does have to run to the bathroom a lot which is annoying considering his job but he has much more energy than most of the teachers at his school and he's been working there for 30 years (2nd longest term employee) so he must be onto something with that.

I also drink a lot of water when I'm teaching and every break I'm in the bathroom but I do feel really healthy when I drink lots of water. especially if you're on medication you need to be drinking more water. Buy a big water bottle with a clip and start carrying it around with you everywhere and anytime you want to take a sip just go for it. You can always fill it up again.

Also, be sure not to drink deionized water. It shortens your life span. Go for ionized instead.
