This would be an admirable first objective, as well as one that can be put on the wiki once completed. As stated by other members of this assembly the rights to combat and construction are two which can not be ignored, the right to alcoholic beverages should also be seriously considered.

The Trattorian Empire recognizes the importance alcohol and metal (music) have to other nations and cultures, but simply believes it would be too controversial to impose such items as rights on every nation as of now. We are in full agreement with everything else on the list as long as their are provisions to prevent their abuse (in the sense of anorakish abuse).

Instead, we would like to the see the establishment of a Beer and Alcohol as well as a Metal subcommittee under ECOSOC to further study the effects these things have on the average mini fig's lives.

I would point out that you have the right to step in front of a freight train however, have not yet needed to do so. Having the right to metal does not necceserily mean it has to be used, but let's face it you'd need to be lacking a pair to reject it. It does however seem that there is justified fear of anorakism and as such the "right to not be a douche-bag" should be added.
