Acknowledging that the State of Vergilius Raskolnikov is engaging an official Allied Nations Fleet.

Recognizing the right that regardless the opinion of the Security Council the AN is hereby authorized to take any and all means necessary within its neutral space to defend itself.

Reiterating that a deployment of peacekeepers requires a majority vote in the Allied Nations Security Council with no vetoes, while a deployment of the PAX Corps requires a unanimous vote of all present members.

1. Demands that a resolution be introduced in the Allied Nations Security Council to deploy peacekeepers and/or PAX Corps to effectively punish the State of Vergilius Raskolnikov.

2. Expresses hope that this castigation and use of force serve as a warning to any future empires desiring to breach AN neutral space.

Vergilius Raskolnikov refuses to vote. This proposal is utterly silly, considering that the fate of everything in the universe, neutral or not, is to be ruled by Vergilius Raskolnikov.

7. All member nations will annexed by Vergilius Raskolnikov.
