@Everyone: I feel kind of bad hijacking all of silent sigfig's factions already, but the USA obviously isn't going to stand around and do nothing when the AN is being attacked. However, attacking to immortals is such a major military action I think I would have to get silent sigfig's permission first.

Attention delegations of the General Assembly, a rogue general in the USA has stolen a PAX corps Amygdala-Disruptor Cannon and is currently attacking the home planet of Vergilius Raskolnikov. We have dispatched a fleet to retrieve our cannon and they are recording the battle here. These USA ships are not sanctioned by the AN. Discuss.

The Realm of Storms nominates that the actions of the USA General are to be approved by the AN as soon as possible and that the AN ships ether retreat or aid the USA.

Edit: And yeah I realize this screws up the title of your forum battle, but I need to do something dramatic. And the Realm of Storms promotes this attack. If the planet is destroyed, my magicians get to feast on their souls. MUAHAHA!

The AN doesn't care about the USA attacking Raskolnikov, but we do care that they are planning on using an AN Pax corp Amygdala-Disruptor cannon on them. AN Pax corps technology is only to be used against the most vile of factions and makes their targets pacifistik, a disaster if not used properly.

The Silvarian Empire motions for the creation a paranormal reaction council. This Council's directive will be to act against ghosts, zombies, vampires, horrors, ghouls, daemons, spirits and Necromancy.

The Silvarian Empire, as a nation built against Zombies and Daemons motions to join this council as a permanent member.

Keep in mind we have delegations from the Necrotek, Blood Warriors, Blood Daemons, Techno Damned, blokbots, planet Brimstone, and a few other I forget. Regardless, if the assembly wills it, a committee will be established so we at least have a specific forum to discuss these issues.

The Realm of Storms wonders what this paranormal reaction council would be used against.

And even though it now understands the weapon, it still wishes to allow its use. The balance of power would be disrupted and in that gap, the AN might gain and advantage in the AN-TA war.

I'm going to take this opportunity to introduce to everyone how to motion to introduce resolutions:

6. Make a google doc (or make an account to make a google doc, if you don't already have one)
7. Set privacy settings to everyone who has the link
8. Give everyone comment, but not edit, privileges
9. At the top, writ the bolded name of the committee (in this case Allied Nations General Assembly)
10. List Sponsors of the resolution
11. List Signatories of the resolution
12. State topic of resolution
13. Write a few preambulatory clauses describing the problem and past actions, beginning each phrase with an italicized gerund and ending with a comma
14. Begin operative clauses, describing what the resolution will do, number them and start them with a singular, third-person underlined verb and end them with a semicolon
15. Sub-operative clauses will be lettered a), b), etc, and sub-sub operatives will be labeled i), ii), etc
16. End the resolution with a period.
17. In the post, copy a full transcript of the resolution from the google doc
18. Provide instructions for voting (via entering country name and vote in comments) and rules for passing the resolution (normally majority of the members that voted, can get funky in the Security Council though)
19. In large letters, provide the link to the document and wait three days.

Example:

Allied Nations General Assembly
Sponsors: List sponsors here
Signatories: List signatories here
Topic: State topic here

Reminding the Assembly of the format for writing preambulatory clauses,

Demands that the members learn this format for operative clauses;
a) Notes bad consequences for members who do not follow this guideline;

Authorizes that this example be enforced among resolutions.

The vote of half of voting members is necessary to pass this resolution. To vote list your country's name in the comment box and their vote. Voting will last three days.

VOTE HERE: where the link to the google doc would be

The reason I posted this is because authorization of the use of an Amygdala cannon requires passing a resolution in the ANGA to encourage the AN Security Council to pass a resolution authorizing such (as this issue is their jurisdiction).

Fun story: those old GameBoys actually needed FOUR AA batteries. Expensive bitches.

Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.
