I really don't understand the issues involved with the whole "dapper marriage" thing. It's quiet simple; "They are people who deserve a right to freedom of expression, they are committed to not increasing the overpopulation problem, and often take in orphans/abandoned children". This is the most perfect deal ever.
Reduce population + higher standard of living for many children in the foster system!
