Bahahahahaha! Those rock guys look ridiculus!

They remind me of some character from a movie or show. I can't place it, though. Anyone know what I'm talkin' about?

But I do like the vehicles and the colors. At first I was like "Colorful mining equipment? Kind of weird...", but then I realized they were all the same color scheme and that's okay with me.

I really want that giant drill now. Those little rock monsters have some pizazz, as well.

Rock Raiders kicked ass, but this? I'm not so sure lol. They look like the old beta pre-release rock raiders if you've ever seen pictures of those.

Damnit though, BLUE rock raiders helmets? wtf?!

I believe this calls for a few lines from the venture brothers:
"Brock, ahg, it drills in SOOO hard!"
"DR. V! WHEN YOU BUILT THIS YOU PROMISED NO PENETRATION JOKES!"
:)

My spirit was shattered when I saw all the Bionicle and specialty pieces.

It looks like a Chinese bootleg toy that you'd get from the Dollar store, honestly.

These set... I dunno. It's nice to see a new incarnation of Rock Raiders (sort of), but besides the giant drill set, I don't really like the others. The rock monsters are kinda cool, though. Plus the color scheme... Lime green? And white and blue minifigs? Wtf?

I'm just gonna have to wait and see, I guess...

hmm.....these....are...not what I expected?
but, it doesn't look tooo bad, Personally I'd like a new color scheme but, I guess they want it to look unique from what theyve done before...so I guess for now I'm going to be impartial to these.

If I could give only one word of comment, it would be meh...

The original rock monsters were awesome. And the original rock raiders line was even more awesome. I loved those chrome drills.

I don't really like these that much.
I think those stats only apply to non-Mexicans.

Whatever, if you can't actually dig with LEGO® pieces, then these sets are useless.

It seems like all of these are just built around some sort of POOP drill or cutter piece. Out-of-the-box coolness level is medium-low, but some of them look like they could be modified into tanks.

I like the original rock monster a bit more than these guys. And this color scheme is worse than Spyrius and Ice Planet 2002 combined. I'll just order the rock minifigs and drills off of Bricklink if I decide I really want them.
