Both my parents have heard me curse.

If you want to hear something sad, only about 5 people in my class don't swear.

Jeez, only ONE person in my class doesn't swear at all.

I used to curse a lot too, but i am trying to decrease the level of cursing (i think it's being successful).

Swearing DOES NOT make you superior.

Actually, i defend it's part of our language. It exists, why is it rude to say it?

Just because they're part of our language doesn't mean that they should be used. There are plenty of synonyms that can fill the gap and there are plenty of words that you don't even know about that people say. There are so many words in any language that aren't known to people, but instead of being intelligent and finding new, more intellectual words they swear.

I don't mind swearing usually, when it's used in a place where it doesn't matter if you swear from a social standpoint.

I have decided not to swear unless I am quoting something or singing a song that has swearing in it. Even then I try not to. I just think it's a lot easier to not swear at all, then you won't have the chance of slipping up in situations where you shouldn't.

My girlfriend dropped the f-bomb several times in front of her parents last year after coming back from two weeks of college. It's like the plague there.

Just because it is. People make stupid stuff up sometimes. It's much easier just to do what makes people happy. It's not really hampering anyone to have to NOT swear.

I curse allot under my breath. The only time i curse outloud is with my sis or with my best friend.
