The Lego ninjago franchise has been beaten to death

I mean really, when it first came out it was awsome, but now if you had never heard of it and looked at sets from the original release and the 2014 one, you couldn't see the resemblance,

If anything the 2014 range matches best the original, especially enemy-wise (black and purple).

I am glad it's still around as i have almost all of the "Ninja" theme sets from 1998-2000 for sale.

Think it's time for Lego to just give it some sort of epic ending and say, that's that

Says you guys maybe. I couldn't be happier with how sci-fi it's become. Evil cyber-ninjas are exactly what I need, and the good guy ninja jumpsuits have a lot of versatility for Brikwars. I'm gonna swoop up all the clearance shit at the LEGO store tomorrow, and Ninjago is pretty much at the top of my list (besides more LOTR orks for my space ork army).
