I recently acquired a Bokken along with a Saya, a Dome, and a Tsuba (or is it Tsuka?)

I believe it's Tsuba, if I still recall my katana studies well.Maverick wrote:I recently acquired a Bokken along with a Saya, a Dome, and a Tsuba (or is it Tsuka?)

Re: The official LOOT topic
So, I got a load of lumber.
Doesn't sound important, does it?
Here's the thing... I use these for storage cases for my Lego:
These are made by Stanley (usually through a subsidiary of theirs, Zag Industries). I buy them at work. They have removable bins and come in two sizes, large:
...and small:
The big one is great for general brick sorting, the smaller ones for sorting technic gears, detail bits, hinges, and other small things.
So where does the lumber come in? I built a cabinet to keep my sorting cases in. It holds 4 of the small ones, 20 of the large ones, has space for a deep rubbermaid bin for general brick storage, and space on top for my minifig cases, which currently reside in 16 11" plano sorting trays. Re: The official LOOT topic
Are you telling me there are people who don't just throw all their lego in big, random containers? What's the fun of building anything if you don't spend an hour digging through piles and piles of lego to find one piece?
Re: The official LOOT topic
In the big bin that takes hours and hours to find a single piece in. That's half the fun of Brikwars.Whiteagle wrote:But then how would we transport them for Brikwars?
BrikThulhu eats 1d6 minifigs each turn.

I have one of these:
a popcorn tin
and some assorted ziplock bags.
My minifigs are all in a shoebox. (Well, mostly)

Thank you! I've been planning this for about two years now, since we got the house.Zahru II wrote:I'd kill for a setup like that.
True, that works.Gorthaff wrote:Close enough.
Do that for 30-odd years and eventually you will get tired of trying to find that ONE piece. Besides, I have ADD and OCD, and apparently I can keep control of them by sorting Lego into cases. Go figure.Overwatch_Elite wrote:Are you telling me there are people who don't just throw all their lego in big, random containers?
