Yeah, I agree. It's a great story and well written.. no doubt. However it just seemed like it was a documentary about Dune. Even the exciting, action, parts read like a reported account... I didn't feel like I was there; immersed in it.

Idunno, I liked the DOS Dune games, although I played more Warcraft than Dune2.

Ha! I remember buying Dune 2 for a quid or something at the London Virgin Megastore when it was still fullprice over here. These were the days when CD-ROM drives were still new and i remember throngs of people gawking at a Rebel Assault demo in the same place. Fond memories...
