New fig contest!

I'm holding a fig contest. Basically, I need a eight-fig squad that has the following separate roles:
rifleman
squad gunner
heavier support gunner
sniper
grenadier
Bazooka-man/anti vehicle
pilot
medic
AND
a commander role, which you can stick on any of the units you make.

Anyone who makes a vehicle to go along with the squad gets 3 extra points towards the end votes.

Crap! I have a 7-man unit in a huge helicopter. I guess I need to add a guy.

Goddammit I hate it when people think that "Grenadier" = "Grenades". FUN FACT: Grenadier is a fancy word for Footsoldier, as in a rifleman. The word you are looking for is demolitions guy.

Technically a grenadier is an advanced infantryman, but they were often the only ones to be armed with grenades. They are still a regular footsoldier, but you're right. People do use it as "Grenadier" = "Grenades".

I like having all those roles, but I prefer to have a squad for EACH of them. I can understand, though. My first army had almost all of these in their one squad because I didn't have many matching figures. I do have a question though:

Couldn't the "heavy support gunner" be the same as an "anti-tank guy"? How about "rifleman" and "sniper"? If by "rifleman" you mean a foot soldier, couldn't that just be a "squad gunner" as well?

Maybe you could explain the roles a little bit more. Or could we combine some of the roles besides the commander position and make more of one of the other ones to make an 8-man squad? I think that's reasonable.

I do not understand what's going on.

Is this a contest? Are we supposed to enter with each single unit or the whole squad?

figures ok my floppy penis wants people to do his work he asked that people make up to three squads with theses rules
