new building techneek: nearly indistructable walls

well I was skrewing around with my legos last night and I made this
then I made 3 more and it formed a small wall
I then threw this wall at a real wall 8 times and it didn't break.
It gets even better this is like one hudge snot conector when you have two of em conected by the sides by 4 plates
things to keep in mind for brikwars if a building is stronger it will be harder to blow up
other notes: this piece is not usualy that easy to get so this will probaly only work well for bricklink users or those living near pick a brick walls

p.s. sorry if someone else already found out about this

not bad, but just about any bricks put together with some thought in mind will withstand a wall test, if you've only got a few pieces. it's still small enough where the weight of the bricks as the wall stretches and moves on impact doesn't add up to much. now if you made a REAL wall (as in, get about 12 to 16 of those setups) and throw it, THEN test it, now THAT's triumph.
and since when are stronger buildings harder to blow up? the only thing that calculates the defenses of any object is the armor value, which has nothing to do with construction technique.

It is an interesting idea, but unpractical. For one thing it isn't going to be easy to connect those pieces to a baseplate,
for another it is actually easier and mostlikely cheaper to just buy 2 x 4 bricks and overlap them.

1: they arn't neciscarily just for strong walls they also make it easy to make snot buildings
2:I was thinking of a custom rule I made up awhile ago that I made because mikes is to simplistic
3: they get atached to baseplates using two 1by1 plates and one 1by1 tile placed on the underside of each "4-brick"
4:I do realsize it is unrealistic and there are cheaper ways but people will be way more impressed if you make something like this for a contest or something.
5:makeing lists is fun
6: the only downside I can see is it kind of looks like a swastika

Yeah actually Brendan has been using that technique to make color-patterned floors and walls in his
Brick Testament scenes for years. I don't have time to look up the specific pages because I'm heading out the door, but they're in there.
