This is fairly wicked, considering. The use of the 1x1 upward clip bit as a closing piece for the helmet+shoulder-pads was quite clever, however it makes it a bit odd-looking. It may be worthwhile to try various other 1x1 briks to see what fits best. Hell, as long as you're there, some 1x2 might do the trick as well, and provide quite a unique look.

The Binoculars need to be pressed firmly into the helmet visor slit, it will sit there quite tightly and won't come off unless you want it to. The neck gets a torso angle (with another set of binoculars fitted to the front) first and then the airtank (there is also room for those cool shoulder guards or a cape etc and the neck is closed off with a round 1x1 brik. The binoculars have a stud hole and this fits into the top of the one by one. Easy.
