They're dark grey with lime green, the vehicles are red with some dark grey.

They didn't make a new dark blue for Agents to make the figs and vehicles different colors. No new colors for the Atlantis sets. No new orange for the Mars Mission sets. No toning down the green and orange for Power Miners.

Actually the trans orange in Mars mission sets was new color. And I think someone on Flickr confirmed that this blue is indeed new, and is also used in Cars sets ( Sandy).
