It most likely is, but it is a little older (I think my brother got it for Manly Santa Day).

It is a magnificent battering ram Hobo and Ii can't wait to see it in action.

Not long after I started getting into Brik Wars I decided that a brick is a brick is a brick. I have Mega Bloks, Cogo, Kazi & etc as well as Lego and it all gets mixed in together. Some of the clone bricks will have flash or the moulding pips still on, but a spot of quick work with a craft knife easily cures that and they're good to go. If a brick plain won't fit or it's loose it gets biffed, - and I can honestly tell you I don't have to do that very often.
