By popular request, my old SHIP IC117...

First, the MOCpages link:
http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/237299

This was from back when I knew Blacktron would not work out for me, but had yet to come up with a new name for my stuff. It was also something of an experiment, and my eventual new SHIP (if I can ever get around to building it) will benefit greatly from the lessons I learned with this one.

It's pretty big. It could actually hold all three of the light interceptors inside its hangar, though the shuttle could neither fit inside nor dock with it, which was a problem.

The airlocks/interior bulkheads here are my new standard design. They are robust, they make a nice seal, and they look good, plus they slide open and closed easily. They may very well be the best thing about this MOC.

Weapon prototypes in the armory, which have since been replaced (though the OTC Spatha is the same).

I had some issue trying to take internal pictures, since I had the thing up too high and lacked some of the lights I've since acquired, but the MOCpages link has a few more pictures (some of the deck arrangements, the bridge, both interior and exterior, and engineering among them).

I plan on going to an entirely smooth exterior for my next SHIP, and I've got what I think is a neat engine design to start it off with, but it is pretty parts intensive so it might be a goodly while yet before I can actually build it. I've been buying 1xn bricks in large quantities for months and it never seems to be enough.

Nice size ship, I like the turrets and features, and the colour. I'll take 6 for battle testing.

Anyway, nice SHIP!

It's :boxy: , but the interior details are really good. The interceptors are neat, too.
