Meanwhile, the rules continue to undergo updates. This time, I've added a decent history of the Humans and their exploits, some NPC details, where and how Units are produced, vague details on Robotic and Slave worker units, and descriptions of the Galactic Rim, finding a new planet, and first contact.
Please let me know if anything is amiss. The example round is in progress for you guys to get a better idea of gameplay before we begin.

Those of you who did not make it to a part but still have an interest in playing may request to team up with any of the current players in order to "jointly" play a race. If we go this route, I'd like to have everyone have a partner for fairness' purposes. If this is not possible, though, it should not be too big of a problem.
