So this idea is kinda like a contest. People who don't have signatures can request them (being as vague as possible), and it's up to everyone else to design them. Then the people who requested can choose whichever ones they like. I've seen other forums do this, and it's kind of a rolling contest with no deadlines.

Here's one I made for Mike as an example:

huh. this is gaining more popularity than i expected. Benny made me a pretty cool avatar in the frappr (a picture of me riding a t-rex while playing a double-necked guitar, kicking a Piltogg in the face, and being fawned over by a redhead. oh, and there was an explosion).

if you want to make me a signature, go ahead and just do whatever you think embodies IVhorseman. zombies, tank snobbery, making fun of girls, whatever. basically, it's your chance to make fun of me AND for me to publicly endorse it. yey!
