Looks nice so far. Is the command tower attached to anything yet, or did you just build it separately? I couldn't figure it out from the photo.

Also, if the bottom of the hull is a giant SNOT wall, how are you going to have minifigs stand up?

From what I can see here, I am led to choose one of two possible interpretations of how it will turn out, but I don't know what it will be.

Situation A:
You have a really good plan which will use the 1 x 2 walls in a curved fashion, leading to an epic SNOT hull design and the ship will be incredibly awesome.

Situation B:
You just stuck those bricks together arbitrarily and have no real hull design idea, and it will suck more than being eaten by a T-Rex.

Also, use better lighting. And turn the flash off.

Okay, Moar brix came and the SHIP is lookin' pretty good:

the top hull, bottom piece is identical, sitting underneath, it's boxy now, but when the internal structure is built, it'll have a nice curve to it.

the pilot's deck, you can only see the gunners in this pic, pilot sits for'ard of them.

the first deck, hanger space in front, cargo in back, I'm going to build a second deck directly above the cargo space.

lookin good so far, what are you doing for primary weapons. looks like you'll have plenty of room for fighters too.

These are the First's primary SHIP combat weapons, they are Nucleo-thermoclastic particle cannons, meaning that they are to a normal particle cannon what high explosive rounds are to lead bullets, if the HE rounds were nuclear.
they each have a name, like the olden sailors would give to a ship's cannons, this is Vera:

and this is Blenda:

Yeah, those cannons are awesome. It's hard to make cannons with a good level of detail, and you did a superb job with them.

Did you actually figure out a way to create a massive interior hangar? When I was designing Lego spaceships, I found it irritatingly difficult to achieve a room of size larger than about eighteen by eighteen. How are you going to support a massive hangar roof without interior supports?
Were it that simple...

You should convert some of that cargo space to hanger space.
