It's the old NanoSpace rules, still on this site.
If StubHawk leaves these up, I think that with some work, NanoSpace could be completed.

It's sad, I did Nanospace in the wrong order. All the stupid ideas were in the front and all the good ones were in the part left unfinished.

I'd love to see NanoSpace finished, though. It wasn't all that bad, showed a lot of promise.
It's also a lot easier on the wallet than conventional Micro- or Macro, for that matter- brik-based space battles.
