M4A6 "Diplomat" MBT
The M4A6 Diplomat MBT, brought into service in G.R. 1980, is the principal main battle tank of the United Systems Alliance Army And Marine corps. Featuring four feet of reenforced heavy metal armor and enough firepower to start and end a small war, the Diplomat is a force to be reckoned with.
Improved shells and weapon racks allow the Diplomat to fire high-powered explosives at a ridiculously fast rate.
A remote-controlled minigun provides anti-infantry fire.
The side view shows the armored skirts.
I'm not sure what these are. maybe fuel cells?
The crew enters and exits the vehicle through the rear hatch.
Side profile of the turret.
The main cannon can be elevated slightly for use as artillery, and the minigun has 360 degree rotation.
The missile pods raise up when in use.
Tiananmen Square this!
Size compared to Ambassador Gunship and Guardian APC.
Size compared to BMP and Messenger 2.0.

Indeed. Superb job, you make some really nice vehicles.Silent-sigfig wrote: enough firepower to start and end a small war, the Diplomat is a force to be reckoned with.
About those back things, fuel cells makes it kinda vulnerable from the back don't you think? No seriously, try putting them up front, this way It could be like an anti-landmine device

They could always be extra back wheels in case it goes over some terrain that makes it tip back. Kinda like wheelie bars on drag racers.
Or they could be ammo, or droppable mines.

very nice tank! i really like the shape good job on the little sensor above the cannon
Also do you play mercenaries 2? because there is an apc called the guardian like yours and a tank named diplomat like yours
not to mention the ambassador gunship which also is in the game (albeit with a different appearance)
still an awesome army and a nice color sheme aswell nice job!

Thanks. The sensor was pretty much just there because I needed some way for the gunner to see.fredde wrote:very nice tank! I really like the shape good job on the little sensor above the cannon

Oh, and I do play Mercenaries 2. The Allied naming scheme was just too good to pass up.
Single width. Any wider would look stupid.Warhead wrote:I like the style of your tank, Abrams plus. Are the tracks doubled on each side or single width?
