I know that stubby added some new rules to it, but it sounds nothing like what he was describing.

Edit: think I got it, stubby copied the 2005 rules and changed it a bit and called it the 2010 rules book one and he will make the complete version later and you are showing us the 2005 rules because that is what book one will look like so far. (hopefully)
