Just that "this is brikwars" is an excuse to almost everything
And briktw is not making those only for brikwars OF COURSE they might choose those pics and stuff that are good for brikwars.

In this case I think "civilian" means civilian conscripts. The bulk of most armies was made up of farmers handed basic military gear and conscripted into service on short notice.
