Speaking of bumpage, how do you like the new subline, Power Core Combiners? Technically it's a mix'n'match line, where every robot can become a gestalt with limb-drones.

Also, accessory mini-cons that transform into a multitude of things (guns, armor etc)

Surprised that there are Transformer haters on here! I liked the series as a kid in the '80s. Got all of the original episodes on DVD for my son and he digs them too.

I liked Exo Squad and X-Men much better though! Exo Squad was some serious space drama with lots of battles :lol:

I remember Exo Squad being the first cartoon on broadcast TV I had seen where they actually showed people getting killed and it was just that much more awesome! :twisted:

I always wanted, but never got Omega Supreme toy.

But this was the best transformer toy ever....

Mechas are for losers, real men drive Super Robots.

@Roc77: Funfact: that Jetfire toy was actually a Macross Valkyrie toy recycled.

Exactly, the AC for example is some sort of Gundam/Mecha, and I don't believe its pilot is not manly (unless its a girl)

Also, Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggen. The most badass mecha pilots ever

I seem to remember at least a couple of Gundams that transformed into jets, Macross style. Wing Zero for instance.

But they were piloted, and werent lame, the transformation is an actual attribute of the machine

not to mention MEGAS is totally controlled by videogame controllers, the owner of it has permanent hook-ups with a hot redhead chick, it's head is a (detachable) sweet ass red classic car, and it has humungous speakers in the chest to blast heavy metal.
