Krysto: Turn one

and we are off

IV Horseman uses a tactical heroic feat to rearrange his troops positions during the pregame.

His troops along the walls spread out, and grab the extra weapons that were laying around.

And this one in the corner grabs the rocket launcher.

Same thing for the other side. The ninjas also spread out.

so the palace now looks like this

Cpl. Halan
The two smallest armies on the field realize that they went from being friends to being enemies, and experience an "OH SHIT!" moment.

Cpl. Halan got his orders in first though, so he got to fire first.

He lined up his shot and... a one. He misses.

The man in the top hat
He and his compatriots sort of crouch behind cover and open fire and whatnot.

They hit Cpl. Halan, twice. But because he is a single charactered army, we will just say that one shot broke his sniper rifle into little bits, and the other one hits him in a non-lethal area.

Causing him to fall unconscious for the next 2 turns (or until revived), due to shock.

Assyrians

The Assyrians decided that they didn't really like their starting position.

So, the jumped out of the windows.

One of them has a mater-creation experimental device, and he uses it....

The Assyrians begin to climb up the ladder.

Grammar inquisition
And Blitzen did awaken from kryo-sleep and did raise her mighty stupendous featinator and did begin to do feats of the stupendous nature.

Firstly, she jumped down to the ground level, and aided her troops in also doing so without penalty.

For some reason or other, she wanted to know the location of some Gas and a Mechanic. so she used telepathy to find those things.
The gas was located where you might expect, near the landing pad.

The Mechanik is found in this building.

The grunts went off to grab the oil.

And the grand inquisitor moved towards the nearest civilian, intent on convincing them to join him in wiping out this "heresy"

Blitzen then used a series of stupendous feats to run across the field to get to the Mechanik.

Then she rolled a one. (on a d20), causing her string of feats to stop one jump short of her destination.

Moronstudios

He used the mighty power of the MSpaint arrow to walk safely down to interview the squad in front of him.

"So why are all you chaps here on Krysto?" , "It is the bidding of the master, and we must DESTROY!!!!!" came the reply.

Setanians

Minnigunner opened up,

filling the bodies of two space Nazis full of lead.

The Setanians who could started firring out of windows.

Most of those who couldn't fire exited the bunker to a place where they would have more range later. (ones in the bunker can only hit stuff on the very edge of the table.)

The Anti-air turret would have liked to fire on the self-propelled artillery, but it didn't have line of sight on it yet.

Akkadians (initial)

The Gremlins moved up.

And fired on the Settanian bunker. Killing the minni-gunner, disrupting the soldier who was behind cover, and destroying one of the wall-sections.

Space Piltogg specialists take cover in the OT Creation chamber.

and stare up at the glaring wall. They kill that RPG guy up there, but I guess I forgot to take a picture of that.

The rest of the Nazis move up.

The self propelled artillery moves up, knocking over some fences and crap.

It fires plasma at the gatehouse.

Not enough to completely destroy the upper level, but it has done enough structural damage that just about anything will cause that level to collapse.

Space Ninjas move up, some stay behind.

They take out the left grenadier.

Ice Worlders
The right RPG guy fires on the self-propelled artillery.

And scores a direct hit.

Blowing it's guns off and leaving just the chassis.

The top turret on the right side fires on the Space ninjas

Killing the lead two.

Left turret fires on the space-nazis.

and also kills two.
Image

The remaining grenadier aims for the inside of the self-propelled artillery, wanting to make sure it stays dead.

And he blows it up some more, killing the pilot.

It's a pretty good roadblock now though.

The snow-plow starts driving around the palace.

While the hover-craft drives down it's road on the left side.

It fires on the Akkadian statue, being rather pissed off that they dared to bring it with them to Krysto. It gets destroyed.

Now accepting orders for turn two.

No teleporters here, those are for spaceship battles only, due to the extreamly expensive nature of their production. The Artifax are all still in working order though. (note that the Akkadians have 3, and the defenders have two.)

yeah, I tend to use them in places where people can't normally see them. Otherwise they would just be wasting space in a bin someplace.
