Hey there, are you just trying to piss everyone off by necro-ing posts that nobody cares about anymore because they are from the last centuary? Or perhaps you think you are being helpful, either way stop doing it. You are being a jerk.

How is necroing threads on a forum with only 20 people unhelpful?

extra rules can be good, if the game is too simple, it becomes merely a contest of who can roll better. whereas if it's too complex you are likely to lose intrest. So it's just a matter of coming up with a bunch of extra rules that are fairly easy, yet add a lot of depth to the game. (preferably only as many as will fit on a single reference-sheet.)

While I like Moral rules in my more serious war games, I am unsure they fit in the spirit of Brikwars. Brikwars is a game of silly carnage. Realisum would just change the spirit IMO. :D

The problem with morale is that Minifigs love carnage too much. Watching their own men die horribly entertains them as much as watching the enemy do the same.
BrikThulhu eats 1d6 minifigs each turn.

Precisely, which is why First Blood tokens would work well.

Especially handy in this case, since I now realize I forgot to add the First Blood rules in with the Bennies and Pennies rules like I'd meant to.

Why would you need morale when all units on the field are filled with an insatiable lust for violence and destruction and ossum, and they all know that if they are destroyed and explode in a shower of gore, it would be all three of those things combined?

You just answered your own question. If that insatiable lust is thwarted, bam. There goes your morale.
