That's it, I'm pissed. I normally stay out of galactic politics, but I've been pushed over the edge. I declare war with Ham701's faction. The MNU tacks on some huge guns onto one of the IGS's shuttle and escort it with 5 destroyers. We throw in a taped-together planet-buster nuke package that we'll kick out of the shuttle when we reach their capital planet.

Yeah, both Napalm and I have fleets of our own. Unlike Nyphilis, multiple planets are inhabited in our system.

So, the Immortal war could be ceased for a while to defeat the common enemy?

All of my planets are inhabited. Years of growth have yielded enough people from 1 original planet to inhabit ~180 of them.

We have sustained minor casualties, the shuttle is inbound and will reach the capital planet in T minus 145 seconds. We are preparing for bomb release.

Please don't destroy the shuttle. It has a miniature neutrina reactor, could be devastating if destroyed. It'll sterilize the better part of the galaxy.

Popping out of warp, the Tilted Saber, Ross Varn's personal craft, targets the shuttle with a localized warportal and an ion-rail shell. It bursts into existence in orbit around Nyphilia with a message attached- "Don't start fucking with orbital mechanics again, mate."

If you really want to go that route, I do have LDD ready to run.

We are much displeased, this was our first offensive against another empire. We will have to try harder next time. Admiral Ashley has been relieved of command of the shuttle, somebody who deserves it more will get that post.
