I just started using Flickr rather than Brickshelf for my photos but I don't know how to get to the picture that I can put in a post, not just a link.

you go to the pic's page, 'all sizes,' then just open it in a new tab/window. from there just simple BBcode.

Or, you can click the "Share This" button above the picture, and click "Get HTML/BBCode". Select BBCode, select size, and boom.
