I'd say fair enough. He admits 1. that the Nyphilians are all but dead (let him keep a scrap... though Beluga, it'd be cooler if you just let this crisis mold the Nyphilians into a whole new faction, sort of trying to reconstruct old tech, a more post-apoc style?), 2. that his prez is dead (LSD aside). If I recall correctly, that's about everything people were holding against him initially.
Well, aside from the obligatory flogging for his Shadowscythe ripoff earlier.
Oh, and I'm really disappointed in the reaction to his space copter (especially with Ross, I kind of respected you more than that...). It's genius! One of the main points of Sci-Fi and BrikWars is introducing wacky, innovative ideas. I can think of a dozen fictitious ways to make a space copter work, and the fact that he could come up with something that original and build it that well.
Now if he'd get over his Immortal inferiority complex, everything'd be perfect (note that you're still stuck on pedo, while Warhead's already at the mom stage... and accept that he's out of your league. Just stop trying to one-up everyone and do your own thing).

I won't post it for a long, long while, but I do have a roaming band of Nyphilian survivors to base a new faction off of, perhaps I could feature them in forum battles in science labs and stuff? I'm stuck for vehicle ideas and parts though, so it'll have to take backseat to the Paladins against the Pedo, which are also kind of like that given the fact that they tried to capture as many Nyphilian planets as possible in order to try to reconstruct advanced Nyphilian tech. The whole re-invasion thing got scrapped because I just realized I didn't have enough resources to build the Athenia class battleship, but I instead decided the Nyphilians would take a new approach at "re-invasion". So instead of all the gits in one small fringe of the galaxy, they're spread and infiltrated in small numbers throughout the galaxy throughout factions with a hidden central command and army bases. The immortals broke the proverbial sac, so to speak.

Also, Paladins against the Pedo are selling land on former Nyphilian planets for 5 cents an acre, call local agent for more info.
