Finish BrikWars 2010 rules please.

I need guidance on creation and weapon stat generation. My weapon stats for example were made based on a horrible combination of 2001 and 2005 rules and I'd like to re-do everything.

I absolutely agree. This is one of the main reasons that I don't use vehicles in my games because they aren't balanced right, yet.
