Eastern Indiana?
Does anyone play in Eastern Indiana, Western Ohio?
For reference, somewhere inside the "area" that is Muncie, New Castle, Connersville, and Richmond, IN over to Greenville, Dayton, and Oxford, OH.

It does, doesn't it?
Oh, well. One day I will have a mighty wallet. Then that wallet will become thin and I will have mighty lego armies. Then I will display my awesomeness to all within sight and they will bend to the glory of the BrikWars. Or I will throw briks at them until they relent.
No worries. I dig on the amazing creations I've found here, so I will stick around awhile. I really do hope someone from around here joins though.

BTW: If you ever get to go to Los Angeles for some random reason, bring your armies. RoC77 (See 45th Union, SAF-32, Iron Maiden) will probably do a battle with you. I got to battle against him and Tuefish twice on trips out there.

Indy Here
Hi Quantumsurfer, I am from Eastside Naptown, and I could possibly make a trip to Richmond on a Sunday afternoon to get my Orks into a good ruck.

Died for a little while, sorry.
Sounds bitchin, but...my gaming group meets on Sundays. Another day, maybe. If you were still game, that is.

Hey again Quantum Surfer, I have a couple of upcoming Saturdays off, are you up for a battle? If so, do you know of any gaming stores in Richmond where we could play?

Re: Eastern Indiana?
Oh, man, if only.
In my time here, we've had 4. One was the comic shop I went to growing up that later widened its selection to include games. He closed the store some years ago to run it online. We had a bookstore/gaming shop where I learned to play 40K. That guy closed his store because he was afraid of Y2K. We had a comic shop/game shop open up for about a year or so before the owner, ironically an accountant, ran it into the ground. A business partner and I made an offer on that store but he wanted too much. The last lasted a year or two before it crashed and burned. Richmond has a pretty low gamer population.
Closest game stores to Richmond (that I know of) are in Muncie, Anderson, and Indy in Indiana, and Dayton (or thereabouts) in Ohio. As of now, though, I'd have to get back to you on when I can drive that far. Other than that...I recently met a guy (friend of a friend) who works at Hastings and wants to run some games there. Way back when I worked there, we ran stuff like MageKnight on the weekends so it's entirely possible he could get that up and running very soon. If he does, and I can finangle it, we might try that?
Let me know what you think. If we have to put it off for a better time, that's ok too.

I'm not sure where Hastings is, but if it's possible to get something set up for a good BRIKWARS fight, I don't mind driving a couple hours.

Well, it looks like that might've fallen through as well.

PROTIP: Message each other and find a more reliable way for you two to effectively communicate and coordinate a battle. Exchange phone numbers, facebook, e-mail or whatever. It sounds like you're in good standing to play one another, as long as you can actually get together.
