Because if everybody pirated the company would be bankrupt? and if all games are pirated like that then producing games becomes uneconomical and as such NON_CAN_BE_MADE.
Seriously The idea of pirating is really stupid, The attitude of "It's only code" needs to stop.
That's like "pirating" a car since what's the cost of 1 car to a multi-million company? And they can always make more, it's not like you stole the blueprints!

And who cares about speed limits! what's it to you if one person drives at 120Mph instead of 30? Nobody's going to be harmed!

Oh it's getting dark, oh well this person a appears to be away, I'll just break into their house and phone a taxi which I'll pay for with their money, after all it's not like I'm using the house for long, they can replace a window and taxi's aren't that expensive and it will only happen to the person once at most.

Apply the pirate mentality to anything other than media and people start panicking, Seriously either man up and pay or man up and steal proper.

As long as people don't expect more than they pay for (nothing), then I'm okay with them pirating. When people expect musicians/game developers/software developers to give them something because they "deserve" it, then they're stupid.

I think Tzan was mocking the fact that this thread was made to hold surplus Minecraft talk, and the other thread has progressed to 23 pages while this one remains silent since creation.
