Well I know that, but like it shows a picture of scruffy the janitor from futurama, and it says forum janitor, so I was wondering if he meant to put stubby, or scruffy.Magic Soap wrote:Stubby is Mike Rayhawk's alter-ego.AdrianTheGeek wrote:You know I just realized that your name is stubby. What? He meant to put Stubby? He DID!AdrianTheGeek wrote: I was wondering if he meant to put stubby, or scruffy.
No, what happened was he took over someone's account I believe (However, I wouldn't know because I'm a fucking n00b), and then started using it as his banning account. Thus he is a forum janitor, here to clean up the blood and shit.

As for the First in Battle-Glory, I will be adding a door to the reactor compartment, and stationing a turret outside it.
I also think that I will have another couple of squads, from a different clan of Vol.
As for SBMs, they move as fighters, but I don't quite remember the damage rules, as we made them up on the spot.

SBM's or Space Bombardment Missiles.
SBM's are constructed as would be any creation (ie cp SL etc). for every inch of SBM size they are allowed to purchase 1d12 of damage at 4cp/diceofdamage. thier blast radius is 1d20 inches. this can be standard area affect or directed only (so you don't fry your own fighters). SBM's can have armor but not shields also they can move up to 30" (also they can double boost for a total movement of 60" a turn, since they follow the rules for suttles and fighters) they are controlled by a fully conscious A.I. (4cp)
yeah seeing the weaknes of an unprotected core im going in and remaking the hodgepodge so the reactor is a little more sec
also additional usual rules
cutter: cost variable (around 3cp/figuresize inch) cutter allows a weapon to create a hole in armor sized enough to get the unit holding the cutting mechanism open, additionaly it will also set up a permeable forcefield so that air does not decompress out of the target ship. this takes a turn and doesnot otherwise harm a vessel though it cvan be used to dissable weapons by cutting off thier barrels etc. it takes 1 turn to cut thru something
boarding torpedoes as MOC but have the rule boarding: 10cp essentially a boarding(type) vehicle instantly melts through armor to deliver its cargo into an enclosed space, the ship is sealed by the remains of the boarding torpedoe so atmospheric loss is kept to a minimum.
side note vessels can otherwise have a device that works similar usually to cutter type ie boarding shuttles have a plasma cutter to make a hole for boarding parties.

Yes I know by the power of threadcromancy & etc, but this thread deserves to live again.
Unfortunately I don't have a floor area big enough to fight a space battle or I would be building ships flat out too.
Mind you the parish church has a lot of floor space...... But I'm sure I'd get in awful trouble if I did that.
