NPC [request]

Post by juanja302 » Mon Jun 06, 2011 5:19 pm

I am not an avid rule maker and think that the rules are fine as they are but I just have one request: has someone made a thread with the stats and basics of NPC's? I have checked out the Zombie NPC giude, but what about the regular human NPC?
The Clock strikes 10 AM
as the trains ready to leave,
We look upon the station,
just you and me,
wondering why humanity,
who are prone to random feats of insanity,
will choose to leave from Nowhere Station
Nowhere to go, and nowhere to see...

I assume you mean Civilians? Keep in mind that everything on these fourms obey the Spirit of the Rules to varying degrees. The general houserule for Civilians depends- it goes from *makes squishy noises* to *don't piss them off, mobs kill people*

Essentially, Civilians are just Unarmed Minifigs. Tick them off and they might pick up a gun and start targeting your armies uniforms. There's a section on this in the Year 2001 Ruleset, you might want to check it out. Go here, hit Control+F and search 8.4.1. The stats area is outdated, but the descriptions give you ideas on what to make.

I usually just stick random minifigs in safety-orange vests on the field. They aren't there for any purpose other than dying horribly for my amusement.
BrikThulhu eats 1d6 minifigs each turn.

I actually still use some of the 2001 rules, especially for champions and magic abilities.

Thanks for the help, and I mean NPC such as enemy NPC that can kill players. Kinda like zombies.
