If blackdog doesn't share his rules then mine will be along eventually. I'm in the process of resurrecting the old old old vector movement stuff from the ancient NanoFleet supplement and sticking it into Chapter Nine. It looks like the frictionless stuff will be similar (from what I can see here), with some extra bits for rotational velocity and reintroducing friction (for battles with waterborne navies rather than interstellar ones).
Hopefully chapter 9 will pop out quicker than chapter 8 did.

There's a draft of my ship construction and weapon rules here. I just updated with some changes to the weapons as well as the special abilities used in this battle.
Frictionless movement is here although the concept of using actual bricks to represent the ship's vector wasn't part of it until I used it in a forum battle.
There's also a new-and-improved ruleset I uploaded to Brickshelf but it's awaiting moderation and I can't deeplink to it for some reason. It contains the frictionless movement section and new-and-improved weapons and special abilities.
I like Brag's rules a lot, though I'll probably stick with mine since they include a formal system for constructing ships, and because I'm more familiar with them.
