Yup.
Unity isn't the best rendering engine out there, but in some talented hands it does well.

I played the little training mission things earlier this year. Pretty interesting stuff. Might actually not just be a repainted COD.

Well it is made by an independent developer, which could explain that. It does look pretty cool though. My shitty computer actually managed to play through some of the training sessions before going to crap. Have yet to try it on my more high-tech craptop though.
