31_25 as version? it's the most recent stable.
I'm currently playing a game in an older build but it's I'm wishing i had embarked somewhere more interesting so i'm going to upgrade.

An evil volcano!
the magma makes for fun mid game, and the evil makes setting up entertaining as our dorfs will be under attack by demonic horses.

i don't like the idea of the desert or glacier. the lack of hazards other than the lack of resources is a bit boring.

Oh yes, I have some nice plans for a magma based defence :twisted:

let's just hope it doesn't catastrophically fail and burn the entire map like last time I tried.

When we start i would like to make some changes to the RAWs. mainly changing most [PET_EXOTIC] to [PET] on creatures so that we can tame them.
looking though the list of tokens on the wiki is making me have really evil thoughts, such as bees with the [DRAGONFIREBREATH] tag. :lol:

If you go that way you should also remove the LAYS_EGG tag in aquatic creatures. it sort prevents them from ever laying eggs... (the nest box is non-functional when submerged, and they won't ever get to it when it isn't)

sea serpent breeding plans have been foiled by this.

yeah. but only if we embark with water. no point otherwise.

editing the raws is more for either fixing bugs (eg the no dungeon master one) or random shits and giggles (lowering the ignition point of dwarf fat to 0°U*)

*0 degrees urist, or -5282 kelvin. :lol:
