Quest of Piltogg: Battle for the Head Separator Part 1

The Magic SOB forum is for posts of story sequences that are frequently vignette-based. Put those here while actual battle reports can go in Reports From the Field.
You must talk like James T. Kirk in this forum at all times. Leonard Nimoy is fine too.

Quest of Piltogg: Battle for the Head Separator Part 1

Post by Natalya » Fri Aug 19, 2011 10:30 pm

Note: I wanted to do Part 1 as a Forum Battle but I could not get a base set up... I do not have enough bricks to make a battle field.
However, Part 2 and Part 3 are definitely Forum Battles. Also, Piltogg really needed to win Part 1 to have a chance in Part 3 so that also affected my decision to do it this way.

At the Alltimate warehouse on the Czech-Republikan world of Perseid IV...

In a daring surprise attack the Akkadians descended upon the desert world in search of their target inside the warehouse. Outside random civilians were killed to secure the area.

Image

The Alltimate warehouse had a number of their prized Black Knight hardsuits. The Akkadians came for them and left no one alive.

Image

The Akkadians saluted their leader as Piltogg entered the warehouse control room.

Image

Piltogg: Have you found the hardsuits?

Commander: Yes sir. We have them secured and ready for transport.

Image

Piltogg: Excellent. Have them teleported out of here immediately. We will leave now before this planets' military has a chance to respond.

Image

Just as the Akkadians used their teleporter techknow-logy to leave the planet, a local team of Czech Super Commandos arrived. Their leader, a cold-hearted warrior named Ice Man, was furious.

Ice Man: Where the hell are they? Don't tell me they disappeared as soon as we got here...

Command Cyborg: They have some sort of personal teleporting devices. They left moments ago.

Ice Man: Damn... Wait, you two over there!!

Image

Two Super Commandos came forward with an Akkadian prisoner. His teleporter had malfunctioned.

Ice Man: Who is this asshole? Where did you find him?

Soldier: Sir, he was in the Alltimate warehouse. They appear to have stolen their hardsuits.

Image

Soldier: Get on your knees and talk!!

Akkadian: Go to hell. You won't hear anything from me.

Image

Akkadian: We are the Akkadians. Your backwards world will be conquered by us in time. Learn to fear our name.

Image

The Akkadian ship in orbit finally locked on to the stranded soldier and teleported him out.

Image

Ice Man: What the hell!!

Image

Ice Man: Teleporter tech... We need to get some of that.

Image

Ice Man: The Akkadians... I have never heard of them, but they will pay for what they have done here.

Image

Ice Man: I will personally take revenge for this unwarranted attack on our world.

So now the Czechs are against the Akkadians too? Piltogg's pretty screwed now.

Nat, you know that Piltogg left the Immortal Alliance right? Unless you're already taking that in mind. Are you hosting this like if the Akkadians were still with the I.A.?

Anyway, nice work (like always) on the "presentation" for the upcoming forum battles, can't wait for them!

It's no problem, Piltogg said the Akkadians only broke the Alliance after this fight on the 'timeline' (if such a thing exists) ;)

Not sure what the Immortals have to do with this though... Piltogg still wants the 9 artifakts.

No, CSR is too small to do much.

Weren't they gonna have Immortal-side allies? Or were they scrapped along with the first fight?

Yeah they will. I have 60 attackers now, it might be enough for the forum battle, but the micro-space will be just Akkadians vs Assyrians.

Also, really nice job with the presentation.

Wow that was extremely awesome. Well done.
I expected the Akkadians to blast their soldier to pieces from orbit to prevent him from spilling any information, but I guess they did the nice thing and teleported him in.

I am surprised no one looked at Piltogg's combo flamethrower/assault rifle.

How did you make Ice Man's weapon? Also, the binoculars stuck to the back of his helmet gives it an interesting look.

And excellent storytelling and photography, as always.

It looks like a chopped up rifle made to fit into binoculars with a gemstone.
