If you look at the Lybia photos, a lot of rebels are using AKs with wood foregrips built into the furniture.

Some kind of energy weapon. The top barrel fires a "tag" round that attracts fire from the main barrel when it gets close, making it more accurate.

the coil inside the shotgun is a accelerator to increase the range and lethality of the shell's blast. it is not mandatory though and the shotgun can work with out it but at sub optimal levles. needs to be replaced after 500 or so shots.
