Contest: Suggest Plugins for VIP!

Contest:

Choose 2 plugins you think VIPs will like, so that we get a bit of cash flow going to the server so i can save it for upgrades, or put that cash towards the Brikwars Team Fortress 2 server.

Rules:

1. Must not greatly unbalance play( no godmode, spawning, ect)
2. Must be moderatly light on the server(nothing crazy intensive!)
3. Can or Can not use Spoutcraft. It's your choice.

Prizes:

First Place: Free VIP
Second Place: A Full Suite of Diamond, Including Armor, Sword, And Weapons
Third Place: A Diamond Toolset

Let us use submarines. Actually, don't have that for VIP. Let everyone be able to use submarines. Submarines would be great. >.>

Lets you slap around those plebians. Can do anything from a slight knockback to shooting them up into the sky with a single backhand.

I'm gonna look for on that allows VIPs to summon lightning strikes at a coordinate set, provided that it's raining there-you know, like a spell of some sort, that uses power or something like that.
And if it can't be found, I'll find out how to make it.

Because 1060 is a 1.8.1 build too, but i'm not going down to it because it's full of memory leaks. That was the old, laggy build we were running.
