Are we going to get access to HTML in posts again? There are a lot of old battles that used HTML and are now just lines of text.

I haven't figured out how to do this yet. But if you post links to the old battles I might go back and update them to BBCode compliancy.

Well I would update my forum battle from the summer myself, but I was using the HTML code to resize the pics since I couldn't resize them using BBCode (or maybe it is possible to resize them in BBCode and I'm unaware how). Would it be easier to allow pics to be resized through the BBCode then add HTML?

I haven't figured out how to do either of those things yet.

Like, it's not that the options are there and I haven't figured out how to activate them. More like, as far as I've been able to discover, those options don't exist.

Many message boards include a FAQ with information on how to use their own variants of BBCode. In addition, some bulletin board systems allow administrators to define their own custom BBCodes. This is usually done by asking them to specify the BBCode markup (utilizing variables/wildcards to indicate the user-customizable parts of the code) and then indicating the XHTML replacement which will be substituted for the BBCode.

Is this new forum setup capable of allowing you to create your own BBCode?

Stubs, Im trying to make a thread in Bricks about an expo I went to. For some reason, I can't Preview or Submit it since phpbb just gives me an error type 500. Done nothing with BBCode, images are hosted by imageshack but it never gave problems before. What's happening?

All right, I converted a bunch of them but ran out of time for the night.

The good news is, I found a webpage that'll convert them automatically. Copy your HTML code, paste it into the textbox, hit the "convert" button, and bam! Instant BBCode. Copy the BBCode back into your original post and you're ready to go.
