There are lots of strange Scottish things that taste surprisingly good, like cod battered in Irn-Bru.

To that end:

A Ukranian national delicacy is called salo, and it is basically salted pork fat. It's pretty good, in small amounts with heavily buttered red potatoes.

I for one miss when the Jack in the Box tacos were made with horse meat.

And when I got to look at all my juicy bits in my leg in the hospital, i got to see my muscles and fat deposits and sweet, tender tendons. Aside from the searing pain of having bits of tape being ripped off of my exposed muscles, all I could think was how tasty I'd be if we cooked that meat up.
