By the word leap, I assume you mean to bestow the ability to cross chasms? Terrifying indeed. The potential backlash comes when you fail to clear the gap, and manage to tumble into the abyss below. Aka, infinity fall damage.
Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

I am going to steal from this. And I'm not going to feel guilty, since I'm pretty sure the "missile lock" came from me :D

I had something like the "last stand" thing for a Celtic warrior. Basically, once "killed," he could continue to fight (but not move) until no enemies remained within reach of his weapon. He also could attack twice if he drew blood his previous turn, which was also like one of these.

I love the deflecting lasers thing, the only one I've seen that handles deflection and reflection well.

I am going to use some of the sniper stuff too.

Hey that one I stole shamelessly from Rev. Sylvanius, and since the convenient thing to do would be to shift the blame towards him, it's his fault.

PROTIP: Combine that with Gun Kata. you'll need a knife or something in the other hand to actually parry, but then you can totally riposte with your pistol or sawn-off shotgun or whatever.

I noticed you have a Weapon named after Nikola Tesla (or the unit named after him) So you should have one named after Gauss (or the unit named after him), It would have to be better in every-way, like Gauss.

One tesla is equal to 10^4 gauss


I'm just using it as a flavor-saver for electric weapons. Technically, a Gauss Rifle/Cannon would be a launcher that magnetically fires it's projectiles, and there's already rules for those. Weaponized magnetism comes in the form of railguns, coilguns, EMP bursts and Plasma. I'm not really sure how you'd handle an EMP in brikwars.

More to the point:
It's just boneriffic technobabble "reverse the pulse intergrater! overide the port reactor and activate the anti cation matrix!" Means fuck all.
A "Electric pulse rifle" is what your looking for.
Or for a rail gun "Magnetic linear accelerator"
Still jargon but at least makes sense.
You don't call gunpowder guns "pascal cannons" or catapults "newton alternators". So stop calling things after units that are tangentially involved.

I could make a series of weapons named after scientists related, the "Marie Currie bomb", Or methods of propulsion! the "Richard Trevithick flier" or "henry ford power Wright brothers".
