I remember reading the stubby used to ban people for a post that said "I concur."

That's true. For nostalgia's sake, Colette is now banned for 30 minutes.

At least now I can say I learned something new today. That was a close one.

One of what? A ban? Believe me, they're not all that they're cracked up to be, but I'm sure one of our Glorious Leaders would be happy to oblige your request.

You do mean a Space Marine fig right? I mean, bans could be fun too I guess, but I'd rather have the minifig.

I spent a while at toys-r-us feeling all of the different bags for the pieces inside until I felt like I got the ones I wanted, including the space marine. I was correct with 6 out of 8 figures, and managed to find a use for the other 2.

It's what everyone does, that's why there are always at least 3 people molesting the collectible minifig boxes in the LEGO store here.

There are plenty of people who not only spend their time molesting those little bags for god knows how long, but they work together to all get what they want.

The trick to finding the SPESH MAHREEN is to feel for his armor. That massive armor piece is difficult to miss, and it also has somewhat of a gap in it where you can feel the front of the armor. I picked up a minifig bag once, felt it, and said "this is surely the space marine." I was right.

Yep, it's the same thing with the hazmat guys, stuff is so big you can feel it immediately.

You guys are lucky. I haven't found a place that sells collectibles minifigs anywhere. That child nostalgia of using your every sense to somehow know what's inside the box.

Feels big piece of armor
