I went through the entire topic, and was honestly very surprised no one had suggested Ultimate Showdown yet. Video is kinda stupid, but I think the song really fits the concept of brikwars:

I find it rather hilarious and koincidental that the brikwars anthem was last updated on my birthday, and the song it was updated to was both austrian-y, metal-y, and manly.

^ that was awesome.

So far no song has made me go 'hey, this describes Brikwars perfectly' but some lyrics are decidedly Brikwars, like:

Annihilator, Epic of War:

"The sky above is raining red from a hundred thousand dead
But the general wants a hundred thousand more
Move out and take that hill, the order is to maim and kill
It's time for us to even up the score"

The lyrics of 'The Abyss' by Accept describe the fate of a Minifig quite well, imo and 'Rollin' Thunder' from the same band has a decidedly Post-Apoc feel.
