My worst death was when my medic's friends dared him to sit on a fuel tank (this was all because of a really bad heroic feat to make everyone have 1d6 to any dice roll, it failed) he was fine until a giant explosion hit the fuel tank blowing him into the sky. He then fell back to earth and exploded in a messy pool of blood.

You can see my medic doing the whole up up and away thing at the top of the picture.

in a battle similar to Dacheese's firefly brikwar, a guy opened up a airlock and about 15 people on my team alone died. glad this thread was , I didn't want to do it myself.
