Black Sabbath
Judas Priest
Motorhead
Iron Maiden
Metallica
Megadeth
Anthrax

The current list is good, but we need the old guys to be acknowledged.

Hey take it easy. You don't just throw away random bands that you enjoy here. Besides, I still have to organize them correctly and write some stuff down. This is a combine project for all metalheads to participate in. So don't expect me to do everything.

I think vinnie vincent should be here. He hasn't released much material, but he can shred. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJ-GhxDUJDM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qx9AyFQ34rE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOHxRMNd99g

Also, I think Twisted Sister should be here. They do go a little too close to hard rock to be called metal in some cases, but some of their stuff is really metal.

No. Just being fast doesn't make you amazing. For example, Dragonforce is one of the fastest Power/Speed Metal bands out there and they don't come even close to making this list. Now, I'm not saying that this guy isn't good, but he lacks many components that the others have that make them must-haves for a list like this.

And again, no. Twisted Sister, while fun for a little bit, really lack much substance to their music. They were mainly popular for their "Anthem" type songs that get old really fast, which leads them down the road of "Pop Group" rather than "Metal God".

Actually, I was thinking of "I Wanna Rock" and "We're Not Gonna Take It"...

Ok. just so you know, I wanna rock and We're not gonna take it are in the album stay hungry, which was much more commercial than their other albums.
