You kind of complain a lot. Maybe IVhorseman will come around and explain everything for you like he did for Armor. In the meantime, look at how things are done in existing pages (or on Wikipedia, since it's the same wiki code), and copy what you need to.
I wasn't sure about the uploading and hosting all the images locally part, but there didn't seem to be any way around it. In any case it'll cut down on broken links, and everybody's been wishing they could upload images here for ages anyway.

Not quite - besides having a forum account, you also have to be part of the "BrikThulhumanati" usergroup, so I can grant or rescind wiki access at will.
