Olothontor's second showcase of lego ::ahem:: "masterpieces" will be appearing soon, including titles such as:
- I. A Small Desert Bunker (And Sniper Mechanik With Mysterious Plant)
II. The Submariner Hunter Cadre
III. Various Brikspace Ships (Brikspace: old idea kidko and I had that basically shoved the rules for Vanguard Spaceships and Brikwars into a blender and mixed until smooth)
- 1. The Honor, Glory, Riposte, and Passion Missile-Fighters
2. The Vengeance Frigate
3. The Valor Cargo Vessel
4. The Dawn Of Radiance, Pride of the Krillax Fleet (unfinished)
5. A Combat-Converted Docking Drone
IV. The Rogue Hornet Contraband Transport Craft (nicknamed "Rico")
V. The Tentacled... Thing
VI. An Ancient Temple
VII. S.T.E.A.Ds ((Pronounced "steeds")Semi-Tactical Early Assault Drones)
VIII. A Mechanik Weapons Station
A quick edit:
- Edit #1 - Brikspace was never really finished. I built ships in the hopes that kidko and I would be inspired enough to pick it back up.
Edit #2 - Just so nobody's surprised when it comes; one of the larger Brikspace ships isn't even close to finished, so please do not be alarmed at it's... bland... emptiness. Thanks!
Edit #3 - I made terrain, for once (whoot). But it's my first, so constructive criticism is, as always, greatly appreciated.

Looks like it's gonna be awesome. I completed something like Brikspace a few months back (it's in the Lesser Games forums) but I don't have any microscale ships and playing with minifig scale ships would require something like a gymnasium. Oh well.

Of course, it doesn't sound like anything. It's not like the computer's making noise. From what you've written, it LOOKS like it's gonna be ossum sauce. Can't wait.
Either way you say it, nobody wins nor fails.

I just LOVE the conversations you guys manage to drudge up sometimes.
Just as an update on the showcase, all I gotta do is detail a couple more things and tweak to my liking, then take pictures, upload them all, and finish it off. I should probably do that tonight, considering the fact that school is starting up on Tuesday... and tomorrow my family and I are going to Six Flags, and then we're gaming all weekend.
And damn you, blackdog, you beat us to it!

Looks awesome. I metaphorically can't wait.
In other news, Chuck has had two ninjas so far, and the ninja and spy just made a deal and high-fived. Also, the spy was the last ninja. AWESOME.
Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

Damn you, my school already started..
Act first, then think, then try to find a way to cover up the horrible mess you made.

Ah, well... terribly sorry.
Yet another quick update! I've inventoried my Brikspace ships, and there's now a list of names under the "Various Brikspace Ships" category in my first post. Working on acquiring a camera, and I should have those photos up soon.
Also, blackdog, I just realized that our fighter designs are VERY similar. Mine serve a slightly different purpose, but we both used the torch-pronged pieces as bases... hmph. I assure you, I had had these built before you made that topic... sorry if it seems suspicious.
EDIT: Hmmm... the Brikspace stuff is actually numerous enough to warrant a different topic entirely. What do you guys think?

Once again: I'm working on getting these pictures up. There are quite a few, and I'll be busy the rest of tonight. You can hope to see them up within the next day or so.
And yes, I'm thinking the Brikspace stuff deserves it's own, separate showcase. So look forward to BOTH topics.

I'm really, really sorry about this, guys. This week was WAY busier than I could have ever expected. I'm drowning in random crap that keeps popping up. Hopefully NEXT week I'll find the time to sit down and finish the rest of the pictures and all the other crap I gotta take care of. Again, I'm sincerely sorry... hope you people don't kill me...

What? What's all this? Oh yeah, that stuff that Olly was gonna build and post up. I forgot all about that. Ah whatever. I'm sure it'll happen eventually. No sense killing him, then it'll never get done.... despite the sheer amount of satisfaction it would give me.....

Dude, I just realized how incredibly awesome that'd be. Like, seriously.
